Personal Information

Information You Send Us

Our contact form asks for your name, your email address, an optional company name, and whatever you choose to write in the message. Along with your enquiry we record the page you sent it from, the page you first arrived on, and the site that referred you, so that we can see which of our pages lead people to get in touch. Providing any of this is voluntary; the form is not the only route to us, and you can email info@ventari.io instead.

An enquiry is delivered to us as email by Resend, a transactional email provider acting on our behalf, and is then held in our own mailbox. It is used to answer you and is not used for any other purpose, added to a marketing list, or passed to anyone else.

Usage Data

We may also automatically collect usage information regarding how users access and use the Services ("Usage Data"). For example, when you download and/or use the Services, we may collect information on the type of device you use and the device identifier (or "UDID"). Additionally, each time you use the Services, we automatically collect information regarding the type of web browser you use, your operating system, your Internet Service Provider, your IP address, the pages you view on our sites, the time and duration of your visits, crash logs and other information relating to your use of the Services. Retention

We retain information only for so long as it continues to help us monitor or improve the Services. The exact length depends on the type of information collected and processed. When it is no longer needed it will be deleted. An enquiry you send us is kept as correspondence for as long as it remains relevant to your enquiry or to our dealings with you, and is deleted once it does not; you can ask us to delete it sooner at legal@ventari.io.
